Each pairing is designed to heighten the sensory experience, starting with a Grenache-based Rose and moving through a range of Shiraz.
Deniz Karaca, the founder of Cuvee Chocolate, is a seasoned patissier who has dedicated himself to creating some of Australia''s most exclusive and iconic chocolate range. Cuvee Chocolate only uses the world''s best single-origin cocoa beans, sourced from across the globe, to craft their small-batch, handcrafted chocolate tablets.
During the Cuvee Chocolate and Wine Indulgence experience, guests will learn about wine tasting and appreciation, as well as the art of chocolate making.
